The total will be the sum of products: (calories per serving)×(number of servings).
total calories = potato calories + chicken calories
= (45.3)×(2 1/3) + (22.6)×(2 1/4)
= 105.7 + 50.85
= 156.55 ≈ 157
The meal will have about 157 calories.
