(1)/(10m) = (1)/(11m) + (1)/(1100)

(1)/(10m) = (1*1100 + 1*11m)/(11m*1100)

(1)/(10m) = (1100 + 11m)/(12100m)

1*12100m = 10m(1100 + 11m)

12100m = 11000m + 110 m^(2)

12100m-11000m = 110 m^(2)

1100m = 110 m^(2)
m=10

Hey there!

Subtract
(1)/(11)m on each of your sides

Like:
(1)/(10) m - (1)/(11)m = (1)/(11)m + (1)/(1100) - (1)/(11)x \\ \\ (1)/(110) x = (1)/(1100)

We have to multiply both of your sides by
110

Like:
110 ( (1)/(110) )x = 110( (1)/(1100))

We get:
(1)/(10)

Answer: x = \frac{1} {10}

Good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!
