Hey there! :)
You have to use the Pythagorean Theorem: a² + b² = c²
a² + b² = c² → c² - a² = b²
c = 13
13² = 13 × 13 = 169
a = 9
9² = 9 × 9 = 81
169 - 81 = 88
√88 = 9.38
b = 9.38
Hope this helps
:)
