Wilson's Fourteen Points were the presidents ideas for a post World War I society. Here are some of the main highlights.

1) More sovereignty- Wilson called for the independence of several different countries after World War I. This included nations such as Italy, Turkey, and Austria-Hungary.

2) Freedom of the seas- Considering that unrestricted submarine warfare by the Germans caused many problems, Wilson wanted to ensure that countries could navigate the seas without being attacked.

3) League of Nations- This organization made up of countries all over the world would be focused on solving international issues and keeping the peace.
