What is order of operations for 8(7+2)+6(8-7)

8(7+2)+6(8−7)

=(8)(9)+6(8−7)

=72+6(8−7)

=72+(6)(1)

=72+6

=78

The order of operations is : 1.) parenthesis. 2.) exponents. 3.) multiplication 4.) division 5.) addition 6.) subtraction. an easy way to remember this is PEMDAS. or Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally. so for this equation it would be 7+2 =9 soo 8(9)+6(8-7) which would then be 8(9)+6(1) then 72+6= 78 < is the final answer.
