k:\ y=m_1x+b\\l:\ y=m_2x+c\\\\If\ l\ ||\ k\ then\ m_1=m_2
Therefore

If\ TX:\ y=(2)/(7)x+b\ and\ TX\ ||\ CH\ then\ CH:\ y=(2)/(7)x+c
Answer: 2/7

If those segments are parallel to each other then their slopes are exactly the same. So 2/7
