Two event are dependent if the probability of occurrence of one event impacts the probability of occurrence of the other event.

Option A lists independent events, as the occurrence of one event is not affecting the occurrence of other event.

Option B lists dependent event. Because when one card is picked and not replaced back in the deck, this will reduce the number of cards by 1 and therefore this will affect the probability of occurrence of second event.

In options C the card is replaced and therefore the total number of cards does not change and the probability of occurrence of second event is not changed.

In option D, the two events involved are not affecting each other and so they are also independent.

Therefore, option B is the correct answer
