Hey there! :)

SUBTRACTION

First is dividing

56 ÷ 34 = 56/34

56/34 = 28/17

56 ÷ 2 = 28
34 ÷ 2 = 17

Then multiply by y

28/17 × y = 28/17·y = 28y/17 or 28/17y

At last, you add 12

28y/17 + 12 = 28y/17 + 12

Your answer is: 28y/17 + 12

Hope this helps :)
