The volume of the tree trunk can be computed from
V = hC²/(4π)
Using the given numbers, the volume is
V = (8 m)(4.5 m)²/(4π) ≈ 12.8916 m³
Then the mass is about
(752 kg/m³)×(12.8916 m³) ≈
9694 kg
