The experimental probability is what happened based off of real trials, so it would be 1/3 or in this case D.

Experimental probability is the probability that something happens according to the actual results of an experiment. The spinner has an expected probability of 1/6 because it's divided into 6 equal parts, but that doesn't mean it'll land on each part 1/6 of the time!

The spinner was spun 24 times in the experiment. Out of the 24 times, it landed on orange 8 times. That makes the experimental probability:

(8)/(24) = (1)/(3)
