The frequency relative iis the quotient between the absolute frequency of each value and the total number of data.
The total number of data for attendance at the cinema on Thursdays is:

61 + 130 + 75 + 42 = 308

The total number of data for attendance at the cinema on Fridays is:

82 + 158 + 162 + 94 = 496
The relative frequencies for the number of people per hour that arrive at the cinema on Thursday and Friday are shown in the attached image.
