Hi there!
To solve for X is fairly simple, since there's only one step to it.
That step is to multiply both sides of the = by 7/4.
(7/4) * (4/7x) = (7/4) * (2/7)
Using a calculator also helps, but we ended up with x = 1/2.
So, the correct answer to this equation would be answer choice B.

So all you gotta do is multiply the reciprocal of 4/7, aka 7/4, on each side.
The answer is B.
