a) 1a, 2a, 3a, 1b, 2b, 3b
b) You have a 1/3 chance of getting a 1, and you have a 1/2 chance of getting an A. Multiplying them gives us 1/6 chance of getting them both. Also, as seen in part a, 1a is one of the six outcomes.
