Sandy made a reflective sticker for her bicycle in the shape of a triangle. Two of the three side lengths were 3 cm and 4 cm.

A) yes, to know if a triangle can be drawn, any two sides must add up to be more or equal to the 3rd side.
B)equal, if 3 and 1 were added together, it would be equal to 4. According to the rule stated in part A, This makes it a true triangle.
