Options B, C, D, warm ocean water, water vapor in the middle of the troposphere and converging winds are the right answers.

Hurricanes are severe low-pressure zones that form above the warm sea waters in the summertime and initial fall. The main source of energy for the hurricane is water vapor; evaporated from the surface of the ocean. This is because it releases "potential radiation of condensation", and the heat released in this process in tropical storms is brought away by whirlwind shear, that blows above the thunderstorms. However, the heat can be formed when there is little wind shear; and can cause low pressure to form. Consequently, this low-pressure led the wind to develop to spiral inward to the core of the low. Thus, options B, C, and D follows.
