The correct answer is D. The king is exempt from the laws passed by parliament.
The English Bill of rights limited the power of the monarch and expanded the rights and liberties of the people. It for instance prohibited the king from taking property or taxes without consent of the Great Council. The King could only exercise their power with the consent of parliament and as such was not exempted from laws
