First, find the value of g(-4), substitute x in g(x) with -4
g(x) = x - 2x
g(-4) = -4 - 2(-4)
g(-4) = -4 + 8
g(-4) = 4

Second, find the value of h(g(-4)), substitute x in h(x) with the value of g(-4)
h(x) = -4x
h(g(-4)) = -4(g(-4))
h(g(-4)) = -4(4)
h(g(-4)) = -16

The value of h(g(-4)) is -16
