4x^2+4x-3=0\\\\4x^2+6x-2x-3=0\\\\2x(x+3)-1(2x+3)=0\\\(2x+3)(2x-1)=0\iff2x+3=0\ \vee\ 2x-1=0\\\\2x+3=0\ \ \ |-3\\2x=-3\ \ \ |:2\\x=-1.5\\\\2x-1=0\ \ \ |+1\\2x=1\ \ \ |:2\\x=0.5\\\\Answer:\ x=-1.5\ \vee\ x=0.5
