x%----------> 1 hour
x=22.22%
divide by 4 cleaners
22.22%/4---->5.56%
that means each cleaner clean a 5.56% in 1 hour

then
3 cleaners-------> 3*5.56%-------> 16.67% in 1 hour

16.67%--------> 1 hour
100%-------> x
x=100/16.67---> x=6 hours

find the payment of each cleaner
6*£8.20 ----> £49.20
