Short Answer: x = 96 degrees.
Call the supplement to 134 = y
Call the Supplement to 130 = z

Step One
Find the Supplement to 134
Supplementary angles add up to 180 degrees.
y + 134 = 180 Subtract 134 from both sides
y = 180 - 134
y = 46

Step Two
Find the supplement of z
z + 130 = 180 Subtract 130 from both sides
z = 180 - 130
z = 50

Step Three
Find x
It turns out that x = y + z. It works with any triangle. The outside angle = the sum of the 2 interior angles not connected to the exterior angle under discussion.

x = 46 + 50
x = 96 degrees
