we know that
The inscribed angle measures half of the arc it comprises.
so
∠CED=(1/2)*[arc CD]
arc AB=36°------> by central angle
then
arc CD=36°
∠CED=(1/2)*[arc CD]---- ∠CED=(1/2)*[36°]------> ∠CED=18°
the answer is
∠CED=18°
