y = – 4x² + 3x + 2
a= - 4, b =3, c=2

Formula for discriminant is
D = b² - 4ac.
D= 9-4*(-4)*2=9+32=41 >0
We see that discriminant is positive (more than 0), so this equation has 2 roots.
Answer is C. two.
