776. You need for tiles for one square foot( tiles are 36 square inches, a square foot foot is 144 inches) so for tiles times 194 sqft is 776. You will want some spares to:)

No, I don't think so
because you can cover the 6 sides (3D of course) with 6 different colors. And there is only one type of rectange otherwise it would be a square or anything other than a rectangle.
