A, C, D is correct.

A rational number is any number that could be expressed as a fraction. 0.333 is 333/1000 or if you meant 0.3 repeated, then 1/3. pi is an irrational number meaning it cannot be represented by a fraction. 3/5 is already a fraction. -0.75 is -3/4. A fraction plus a fraction would always result in a fraction so A, C, D are all valid answer choices.
