The answer is Lymph nodes. This is because lymph nodes act as filters, the reticular fibrous of the trabeculae,that sift off foreign material from lymph fluid. T cells of the immune system will be mainly found in the paracortex of the lymph nodes while B cells occur mainly in the outer cortex. T cells respond to any foreign material through cell-mediated immunity while B cells initiate a humoral response
