a triangle has a measure of 30. The other two angles are in a ratio of 7:8. What are the measures of those two angles?

The other two angles have a total measure of 180° - 30° = 150°. The ratio units add to 7 + 8 = 15, so each ratio unit represents an angle of 10°.

The measures of the two other angles are 7*10° = 70° and 8*10° = 80°.
