Heya!!

For 1st one ;

If x= 1, y= 5
=) y= 5*1
=) y= 5x

If Uh try some more like :
If x= 5, y=25
=) y= 5*5
=) y=5x

For 2nd one ;

If x= 10, y=7
=) x= 7+3
=) x= y+3
=) y= x-3

-------------------------------------

Hence two equations are:
y= 5x and y= x-3

For the first one y = 5x and the second one y = x - 3

You can see this in this first one since they are going up by factors of 5.

The second one doesn't go up by factors, but rather remains 3 lower than the number of x.
