One liter equals 1,000 milliliters.
So if Francine uses 20.5 liters of water we'd find the answer by multiplying 20.5 by 1,000.
20.5 x 1,000 =
20,500.
So she has used
20,500 milliliters
of water every week.
Hope this helps.
