the picture in the attached figure

we know that
the total capacity of the storage container=volume of a cone+volume of cylinder

step 1
find the volume of a cone
volume of a cone=(1/3)*pi*r²*h
r=6 m
h=8 m
so
volume=(1/3)*pi*6²*8-----> 301.44 m³

step 2
find the volume of the cylinder
volume of a cylinder=pi*r²*h
r=6 m
h=10 m
s6
volume=pi*6²*10----> 1130.40 m³

total volume=301.44+1130.4-----> 1431.84 m³-------> 1400 m³

the answer is
1400 m³
