In "Solving Equations" it is suggested that people make the most errors misusing the order of operations. Is the correct answer because the title of the article is in quotes.

When making a reference of a website, the writer gets to choose whether to include the source URL in a in-text quotation or not. In the case he decided not to mention the author´s name in the sentence, the related quotation would need to have the surname right before the title of the text (Smith, "Solving Equations").

That said, in every case, on the Works Cited page, the author has to inform the full name, the title of the article, the name of the website, the publication date, and the complete URL.
