If you add the two equations you'll find that
2y-3x = 9
4y+3x = 12
---------------
6y+0x = 21
Which simplifies to 6y = 21. That equation (6y = 21) has only one solution for y, which leads to only one solution for x. Overall, there is only one solution for the ordered pair (x,y)
One solution means there is
one point of intersection
between the two lines
