Line y = -7/6 x + 2, slope = -7/6
Parallel lines have same slope = -7/6
passing thru (1, -4)
Equation
y + 4 = -7/6 (x - 1)
y + 4 = -7/6 x + 7/6
y = -7/6 x - 9/6
y = -7/6 x - 3/2
Answer
Equation: y = -7/6 x - 3/2
