As the person who answered before me said, it could be low platelets, it could also be anemia or some type of vitamin deficiency. It's likely not anything serious if that's your only symptom but it's definitely worth getting checked out by a doctor

Your platelet count could be lower than usual. I would recommend going to the doctor to have your count checked. It could be serious or it could be something not to worry too much about. Youll never know unless you go have your blood checked. Hope this helps (: My mom actually deals with low platelets frequently and Ihope its not anything to worry about.
