The scale on a map is 1 in. : 50 m. The actual distance between two cities is 350 miles. what is the distance between the cities on the map?

You would divide 350m by 50m to get the number of inches between the two cities. 350/50= 7 inches. Hope this helped (I wasn't sure if this was what you were looking. I am sorry for the inconvenience).
