Methods for detecting cancer:
When normal cells grow in an anomalous manner forming the tumours of cells then the condition is termed as cancer. Benign cancer has static tumours while malignant ones have movable tumours and can affect any region of the body. If cancer is detected early can be cured at an early stage otherwise it can cause death also.
There are many ways to detect cancer by using MRI, CT scan, PET scan, and X-ray for early diagnosis. Usually, the test that doctor prescribes is a biopsy in which tissue sample is taken and examined under the microscope, the rate of division of cells helps in determining cancer. Chemotherapy comes under treatment planning of cancer. Surgeries are also recommended sometimes to cure cancer.
