Hi there! The answer is B.

( {x}^(2) - x + 7) + (9 {x}^(2) + 6)
First we work out the parenthesis, which is easy because we can just remove them.

{x}^(2) - x + 7 + 9 {x}^(2) + 6
Now rearrange our expression (in order to collect terms later).

{x}^(2) + 9 {x}^(2) - x + 7 + 6
Next up is collecting the terms.

10 {x}^(2) - x + 13
The answer is B.

~ Hope this helps you!
