No idea how to solve this question about number of tins-example-1

The area of the whole side = area of rectangel + area of the triangular part

= 10 * 20 + 1/2 * 20 * 4

= 240 m^2

Number of tins required = 240 / 25 = 9.6

So the required number of tins of paint =- 10.
