To match each equation with its y-intercept x must be zero, so you have:
x=0 and solve for y, as following:

1) cx+by=a (0,a/b)
y=a/b
2) bx+ay=c (0,c/a)
y=c/a
3) ax+by=c (0,c/b)
y=c/b
4) cx+ay=b (0,b/a)
y=b/a
