The equation of the given circle is:
radius is 3
center is (3 , -1)
equation: (x - 3)² + (y + 1)² = 3²
Answer =
(x - 3)² + (y + 1)² = 9

The center (h, k) is (3, -1), and the radius r is 3. When you put those values into the formula
(x -h)² + (y -k)² = r²
you get
(x -3)² + (y +1)² = 9
This formula matches that of ...
