(b) Explain Hebrew beliefs about God, and the importance of Jerusalem to the Hebrew people!

The Hebrews believed that god had chosen them as his people and he will bless them if they keep being true to the beliefs, they also believe Jerusalem was the hottest city.

jerusalem is important to the hebrew people because that's basically where they started out. moses led them to freedom there and they consider it the holy land.

their beliefs about god are:

1. they are still waiting for the messiah. they do not believe jesus was the son of god

2. it is similar to christianity but their holy book is the torah which is the old testament from the bible. the bible switches over to the new testament when jesus is born and they do believe in that
