The accessory glands producing secretions to combine to sperm in order to have whitish and sticky mixture which is semen. The substances which are the fluid type is called seminal fluid. The seminal vesicles are the first accessory glands that is located at the base of the bladder. The ducts do join with ductus deferens to form the ejaculatory duct. The 60 percent thick and yellowish of seminal fluid helps sperm to pass through reproductive tract.Next is the prostate gland surrounding the urethra and produces acidic milky secretion and makes 30 percent of seminal fluid. The bulbuorethral gland add thick clear secretions to seminal fluid located on side of prostate gland. This serves as the lubricant then.
