THINK IT"S "A"

What is the equation in point-slope form of the line passing through (−2, 0) and (2, 8)?

slope m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)=(8-0)/(2-(-2))=8/4=2

y=mx+b
y=2x+b
Take the point (-2,0)
0=2*(-2)+b
b=4
y=2x+4=2(x+2)

Answer is A. y=2(x+2)
