Point-slope form uses the following formula:

y - y_(1) = m(x - x_(1))

We already have all of our values needed to complete the formula, so plug those in:

y_(1) = -4, x_(1) = 4, m = 4

y + 4 = 4(x - 4)

The answer is C. y + 4 = 4(x - 4)
