The energy of light is determined by the frequency of the source. So, to ensure maximum current is generated from the solar panel increase the the frequency of light.

Answer : By gradually increasing the brightness of light that we shine on it.

Explanation : Solar panel also known as photo-voltaic. photo means light and voltaic means electricity.

In photoelectric effect ejection of electron, when the sun rays hit a silicon crystal then the electron inside of the solar panel start to jump up and down. when electron flow through such a circuit then the solar panel generate electricity.

So, we can say that when we will gradually increase the brightness of light then the current will gradually increase.
