The domain is: -4 < x < ∞
The range is: -4 < y < ∞

To find the domain, we need to look at the graph from a left-to-right standpoint (look at the x-axis). When doing so, the furthest point to the left we see is -4. Given that value, we put that as the first value. Then, we can put x since we’re looking at the x-axis. That would leave us with:

-4 < x < ?

Since there is an arrow on the farthest right side, we would put an infinity sign because it goes on forever. The same process is applied to the y-axis, and when doing so, we will get the same answer but with y.
