Answer:

Duoneb (albuterol and ipratropium) via nebulizer

Step-by-step explanation:

Duoneb is a sterile inhalation solution, which is made up of both albuterol and ipratropium. It is often used to help manage or control the symptoms of lung diseases, such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, and emphysema.

Medically and specifically, used in treating air flow blockage and prevent the worsening of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in patients pending providers orders, or patient who need another medicine.

This help to relax muscles in the airways and increase air flow to the lungs in the patient.

It is used by inhaling in it through the mouth, so as to open up the bronchial tubes (air passages) in the lungs.

Asthma is a type of chronic condition that has symptoms such as coughing, shortness of breath, chest tightness and wheezing. Therapies would include having anti-inflammatory drugs specifically steroids based on doctor's order. Incentive spirometry can also be done.Hope this would be of help.
