Aa = 13*20 = 260 sqm
for Area b;
sides must be 5 and (20-4)=16
So;
Ab = 16*5 = 80 sqm
for Area c;
sides must be 13 and 3
So;
Ac = 3 * 13 = 39
Total area of the figure is Aa + Ab + Ac = 260 + 80 +39 = 379 sq.m

We can subdivide the figure in 3 rectangles A, B, and C, then we can find the area of each rectangle and add all the areas together to find the total area of the picture.
We can conclude that the area of the figure is 379 square units.
