It's B. This follows the pattern of the sum of perfect cubes which looks like this:
(ax + b)( a^(2) x^(2) -abx+ b^(2) ). Let a = 2 and b = 3y and fill in accordingly. (ax + b) would be filled in with (2x + 3y), etc.
