To solve this question, first find the total amount of time is takes Dani to get ready and arrive at the doctors office. Add all of the times together.

65+15+20= 100 minutes

Since there are 60 minutes in an hour, divide the total number of minutes by 60 to find how many whole hours there are.

100/60= 1.67
So you have one full hour.

After taking away 60 minutes (an hour) from the total 100 minutes you are left with 40 minutes.
So the entire time needed for Dani to get ready and arrive on time for her appointment is 1 hour and 40 minutes.

The time that is 1 hour and 40 minutes before Dani’s appointment time is B. 9:05 am.
