Huang, José, and Sam ran a 100-m dash. José did not come in second; Huang did not come in third. José’s time was 2 seconds faster than that of the oldest boy in the race. In what order did the boys finish the race?

The answer is a. Its jose,huang, sam because it says jose didnt come in 2nd but he was 2x faster than the oldest in the group which must be sam since they dont say his name.
